    Cons

    There are no major downsides to working here. Some of the activities need self-motivation, you might miss working in teams sometimes.

    Keep up the good work, innovative ideas for continuously improving wokplace , diversity, professionalism. Please ensure that there is more contact with the industrial world and more fruitful dialogues.

    I worked at Arizona State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great staff/faculty, very friendly and professional. Access to a huge amount of resources. Opportunity for networking and meeting fellow professionals.

    Cons

    Some departments can migrate or be transferred to different campuses, although due notice is given. (For example, my position in Exec Ed was dissolved because the department moved from Tempe campus to Thunderbird campus).

    Advice to Management

    Keep true to your core values in policing the employees. Allow the free flow of creativity by being open to suggestions.
