I have been working at Arjo full-time

    Pros

-Lack of "micromanagement culture.' Middle and upper management encourages you to run your territory as you see fit. -Outstanding opportunity for quick promotion and growth within the company. -More assets than ever being poured into ArjoHuntleigh product line as a result of Getinge transformation. -All products are high end. Never embarrassed by what you can offer a customer.

    Cons

-Be realistic about your expectations and everything will be fine. Answers and solutions are available and are typically abounding, but don't expect them to be handed over to you.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Arjo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The only pro I could find is working with the Respiratory clinical team. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

    Cons

The list is long; way to bogged down with paperwork, way to bueracratic, and way to many close minded people.

I have been working at Arjo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Extensive product portfolio with good offerings

    Cons

The environment is toxic, and I don't know of any co-worker that is content. Pay has decreased over the years, and micromanagement is at an all-time high.

I have been working at Arjo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have been working at ArjoHuntleigh since the they started the inside sales team in July 2014. Pros include: Great Pay - the base salary is higher then most inside sales jobs and the commission is structured for large payouts which are easy to hit if you put in the work. Easy going work environment /management - if you have questions, management is more than happy to help and are easily accessible. Growth - due to being a new inside team, we are growing quickly which makes it easier to move up into more leadership roles.

    Cons

When the team first formed, it was difficult to find answers and took awhile to get everything we needed which is part of all growing pains. The issues are a lot less common and everything is now at our disposal.

I worked at Arjo for more than a year

    Pros

Outside sales rep did not require time spent in the office

    Cons

Not a positive work environment. Does not provide staff with adequate resources to support and satisfy customer need. Poor leadership - questionable decisions that lacked forward thinking.
