    Pros

    - I met only nice and welcoming people
    - It was possible to have interesting projects
    - The job security and advantages

    Cons

    - The youngest employees where in their late 30's 40's that pretty bad to attract other demographics
    - A company that doesn't really value it's employees

    Advice to Management

Get some young blood and listen to them.

I worked at ArjoWiggins full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional, trusted secure products, well-protected jobs/career especially if you are French.

    Cons

Large many-national, but not yet a international company. French state-own money and secure printing supplies company. No real strategy. Highly political environment. Wants quick results without putting in efforts.

    Advice to Management

Invest in real digital R&D - acquisition will not get you far. Secure paper margins will continue to drop. Path back to profitability does not lie in the traditional industry. Cultivate outside talents/diversity to prevent group think - same old actions, same old (not improving) results. Allez les bleus!
