Great director at the Brentwood office. He worked really hard and did his best to be fair.
Cons
Middle management played favorites. One of the workers there was a best friend to the female manager and the male manager was her SO. She received all the overnight leads for a very long time. She would also brag between her and the managers they could do what they wanted, bypassing anything over the director. She took pride over that fact.
