I have been working at Arla Foods full-time

    Pros

The pay is fairly good and the people are pretty friendly. There are lots of overtime opportunities and overtime pay (time and a half). On Sundays they pay double.

    Cons

Vacation times and policies suck. They don't roll over and aren't very long.

I worked at Arla Foods full-time

    Pros

Good Pay and Benefits. The employees are all very nice and easy to get along with but you do have your rotten apples in there. Packaging department was a great place to be in and start the learning process of the plant.

    Cons

Hours depending what position you are in but you have to start somewhere. A lot of drama depending where you are in the plant or line.

    Advice to Management

Some of the management team were great and very well respected. Only one in particular everyone had issues with was HR. That individual had no respect from any employees seeing as though she was very dishonest and didn't always follow proper company policy.

Very supportive environment.
