I have been working at Armani Exchange full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great team . And I LOVED the benefits.

    Cons

Corporate is all very close . Our regional manager was horrible and rude to everyone no one wanted to call corporate because we all knew nothing was going to get done. The shipment process we followed was very old school and ridiculous it was always hard to get anything down because all the unnecessary things we had to do through out the day.

I worked at Armani Exchange part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    employee discount on clothing

    Cons

This company has a lot of potential however I would not work on the retail end of it ever again. Aside from the main store manager, who was actually accommodating and reasonable, most of the other employees and managers were very cliquey and stand-offish.

Just like any other retail store the holidays are difficult to get through, besides that it is a fairly easy job. The pay is not good. Also, in the small time frame that I worked there it seemed like there was little opportunity for advancement, not a good look at all.

I worked at Armani Exchange full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Extensive Network opportunities, great opportunity for fresh out of college individuals looking to develop themselves and their portfolio. You will be working with really great artist to plug into your portfolio. You will learn how the music industry works and you will grow in your knowledge about how music business works. Street Cred in the dance music industry is of high value when you get involved if that is what you want.

    Cons

Doesn't offer competitive wage or benefits, don't expect long term gradual growth . Wouldn't advise a primary carer to take to on this unless you are truly looking to grow into the dance music industry which would mean eventually you might out grow the company anyway. As I said great opportunity to start hands down. Build your own path way to success kind of attitude. Don't expect much for a growing financial career for the long over haul.

    Advice to Management

More investment and structure in employer to employee relationships.
