    I worked at Armani part-time

    Pros

Don't have to deal with a lot of people everyday because traffic is low. All about clientele. Good hours for retail.

    Cons

Not a lot of advancement opportunities available.

I worked at Armani full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I liked the full time hrs, the store was merchandised very well. Nothing was crammed onto tables or the racks. We had a great team. I liked the upscale of the merchandise. I love the fact that 2 people open and close.

    Cons

The pay could be more, seeing that everything is expensive, they could raise the pay rate. Full time people should be able to help pike out the outfits for the windows.

    Advice to Management

Make it more fair for the closing. two nights each is more than fair,

I worked at Armani full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They are a great brand to work for but their operations is really really messy.

    Cons

From inventory issues and a lack of senior management who really does not care to implement a better system. Their is no growth what so ever. Pay is ok, but not for the work you do.

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers who would care more about building and running better operationally, which would in turn save lots of money. Also for a brand that is a staple in Fashion, learn to keep good workers around who will be more then happy with being an ambassador for the brand. Which in that case also makes you money. Stop working so hard, and start thinking a little harder to make all processes easier.

I worked at Armani full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my coworkers company while there, and the clothes are very nice. I think this is a good place to work if you're just starting out and want experience.

    Cons

When I worked there there were a LOT of management changes. Without getting too in detail, there was a revolving door of management changes, and as someone lower level I was surprised at how negatively we were sometimes treated.

    Advice to Management

Understand that the people at the bottom add value to your company and brand. Good management is being able to discover what your employees have to offer and turning that into an asset for the entire company.
