Decent pay for the position. A good company atmosphere, nice people. Easy to fit in and they train you well. You learn a lot of customer service skills on the job, it is useful moving forward.

    Cons

It is a stressful position and you feel like you do not want to talk to anyone at the end of the day.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Armored AutoGroup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Generally, people are nice an everyone leaves the office by 4:57.

    Cons

Very rough, hierarchic, top-down structure and cold and distant HR. Technologically delayed company with no expectation for future improvement. Departments are more like medieval fiefdoms grabbing for audience with 2 or 3 key decision makers than truly productive units. There is very little focus on true innovation.

    Advice to Management

Understand your people's strengths and weaknesses and realize that the politics are going to kill your brands and ultimately your company.
