    1. You get to serve while being near home and family. 2.Great educational benefits while serving in the Guard and when finished. 3. Medical insurance. 4. Retirement pay after 20 years of service. 5. Opportunities to select to learn Trades and IT skills.

    1. Balancing civilian job work schedule and Drill time service obligations can be challenging. 2. Sometimes unit home station for drill maybe very far away from a person's home.

    Must be prepared to deal with certain levels of immaturity from subordinates and superiors alike due to the military lifestyle not on them 24/7

    you might get paid, what you're entitled, tricare is kinda cool.

    Cons

    Almost 60 days a month off site training, leadership will sexually assault and harass you, what ever you get paid will have to be paid back by your readiness's "Accounting errors" active duty orders will only be offered by the aforementioned sexual predator leadership. atleast one persone in your company will commit suicide.
