I worked at Army and Air Force Exchange full-time

    Pros

Ad a parent company I felt heard and valued. Pay was competitive. Benefits once you get a part time position.

    Cons

I worked for 3 different stores within aafes. One of which the manager was horrible and yelled at me in front of customers after I asked to go home sick(I ended up in the hospital with the flu later that day)
That's just an example of management issues. I don't know why but they do not seem to hire competent managers all the time.
