I have been working at Army and Air Force Exchange part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get to catch good sales, meeting people all over the world and gaining experience through out the company and chance to work overseas.

    Cons

Health insurance too high, too much favoritism, store manager doesnt take care of employees or recognize ones who work hard and go above and beyond. Does not pay well(other stores pay more have employee discount and good insurance) do not give anyone room to move up(again its all about favoritism) LP watches employees more then the actual customers just to get that extra bonus.

    Advice to Management

More incentives! Recognize others who pull their weight have more meetings...everymorning...just care!
