    Pros

Pension is available to those that sticks around. Salaries are comparable in the retail LP industry. Company do give opportunity to deploy and see the world.

Expensive Health insurance with one option (Aetna) and no 401K match. Cutbacks are impacting employee morale and loyalty. Typical office politics so nothing new there.

    Pros

You pretty much know what to expect on your job.

    Cons

Big Click, like High School. Awards and promotions almost non-existent unless your Brown-nosing, or your "in" that click. Cutting too many part and full time jobs for intermittent. No pay raises

    Advice to Management

Get real, You can not expect people to work 'for free' because it is 'expected' of them, nor treat them like crap. Look who works and who doesn't and quit targeting people-look at their whole picture. . Promote those that deserve it. Look at your lower end people, they are the ones who make things work. Reward them.

    Pros

Great family environment with coworkers. You get a chance to help out military personnel.

    Cons

The pay isn't great but has options for raises later, if you can make it that long.
Not only do the managers micromanage the fudge out of you, but even the computers time and manage you. Tiny infringements are automatically docked from your paycheck, and then you have to notify the manager no matter what the reason was. They want you to ALWAYS be at your desk and on the phone no matter what. Also, just being in the Call Center helps exclude you from other positions within the company based on the needs of the call center. You're looked at as a statistic more than a person.

    Advice to Management

Let the workers work, stop trying to make everything more efficient. Listen to your employees.
