    Pros

    Fantastic coworkers
Exciting projects & opportunities to learn
    Great internships

    Cons

Unfair salary, poor communication between upper management and employees, lack of employee appreciation, no bonuses, low morale, no work/life balance (no flexible hours, no options to work remotely), few/no opportunities for promotion, revenue motivated, no transparency

    Advice to Management

    Employees are people too

    I worked at AroundCampus part-time

    Pros

-No direct supervision since your manager is usually in another state. You only need to report to them once a week with what youve accomplished that week.
-Very easy and doable workload. Just consists of hanging flyers, gathering information around campus, getting people to sign up with the specific brand you were asked to advertise.
-Pay is decent for such an easy job. More than minimum wage.

    Cons

The only con i can think of is that they send you way too many items to give away. At one point i had 3 giant boxes just in the middle of my room.

    Advice to Management

Send less goodies to give out.

    Pros

The resume building experience was the only pro. This is for people looking for b2b experience that dont want to make very much money even if you are a top performer.

    Cons

A company that does not do anything they say. Promises are never delivered to both their customers nor employees. Very dishonest organization. I would never work for this company again and sound a clear warning to those contemplating possible employment opportunities or advertising opportunities with this company. Dont do it or you'll regret it! !!

    Advice to Management

Get on top of it! It's so frustrating as an employee to be constantly hounding you to get results so that I can do my job!

    Cons

Long days filled with driving around town for a product a lot of people don't want

    Advice to Management

Provide gas money and have managers come more.

    Pros

The internship gives you a chance to have a unique sales experience with a company that supports you the entire time from training to the last day of the summer.

    Cons

The main form of compensation (after 7 weeks) is commission which was difficult during times that sales weren't high

    Pros

Great concept , great energy , solid hires have been made to help group grow. Strong collaboration and vibe with college marketing

    Pros

There was a week long training camp where you got to meet people from all over the US. If you want to be in sales this is the internship for you. Opened doors with other companies.

    Cons

Get ready to work hard. Teaches you skills you can't learn in a classroom or at a desk internship. The pay was bad but the people who work there truly want to help you and your career.

    Advice to Management

    none

    Advice to Management

If you tell your customers you are going to have something done in a certain way at a certain time. Accomplish it.
