    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Sales training was informative and I learned the ins and outs of sales

    Cons

I did not make any money and was not allowed to have another job, trainings were from 7 am to 9 pm, work days were extremely long and unproductive, you don't make money until you sell at least $12,000 worth, complete scam, the college markets do not even like the planners.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as you would like to be treated. Everyone could be a valuable asset. Also, be supportive

    Pros

The managers sincerely care about your development and growth throughout training and the internship. The training is a blast and all expenses paid. The summer is very hands on- not a lame job where you are sitting behind a desk all day. After the internship, the career partners actively seek you out and want to interview you!

    Cons

I wish we could have had more time to reach out goal; we were close.

    Advice to Management

Did a great job- I was in contact with my manager whenever I needed her. She made me motivated to work hard.
