      Pros

Mar 15, 2021 - Trainee Train Driver in London, England, England

      Pros

Lots of time off. Great perks - national rail discount plus TfL Oyster card and nominee oyster. Pay increase to full driver salary (approx £65k) once qualified.

Training somewhat disorganised, and (as with the whole rail industry) quite outdated and behind the times compared to training at almost every other company I have worked for. But again this is the industry as a whole and not just ARL.
