I have been working at Arriva full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Small organisation where most people know each other, even if spred to 14 countries. Nice offices. Close relationship with management.

    Cons

Small chances of promotion. A little bit boring work. No real purpose behind most tasks.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Arriva full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to leave at the end of the day

    Cons

No direction, middle management grossly abusive to staff and get away with it. Hugely political company. Very backwards thinking. No strategy. Everyone is out for themselves and backstabbing each other despite this they paint a picture of unity, direction and harmony. This is a lie. Biggest mistake I've made in my career to date is going to Arriva.

    Advice to Management

Advice to CEO / Directors. Sack everyone and start afresh with decent people
