I have been working at Arrive Logistics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I applied to Arrive for my first full time job after graduating this past may and I could not be happier. The environment, the management, the perks all 10/10! You are busy and it is hard work but it makes the day go by fast so I dont mind. Would definitely recommend working here

    Cons

Always busy so you work through lunch a lot

I worked at Arrive Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Arrive's appreciation of their employees really shows. The company invests so much into the culture of the workplace and making sure every employee's needs and ideas are heard. With over 1000 employees it always blew my mind every time upper management would take the time to reach out and personally recognize you or reach out to let you know your hard work is not going unnoticed. Despite how large Arrive has gotten in such a short amount of time, these little gestures kept me from feeling like just a number and made me proud to know I was contributing to the growth of something much larger.

    Cons

No cons about Arrive as a company, but the logistics industry itself is just a tough one.

I have been working at Arrive Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Quite literally print your own paycheck. Work ethic directly results in a worthwhile paycheck. It can be a cut throat environment but sales is sales. Those who come ready to work are the ones who stay and are also the ones who see the results. If you start in a roll that ends up being the incorrect fit, upper management will actively seek a better suited position rather than terminate employment. COVID hit and difficult decisions were made but what nearly ever review fails to tell is that arrive repositioned nearly 75 employees rather than terminate. Furloughed a large number as well. Terminated very few when you look at overall employee count. The expected work day is 10-11 hours with calls coming in at all hours of the day and night. But when you partner that with the incredible ease of securing a 6 figure income. It doesn’t seem all that bad. It’s not for everyone, but what job is?

    Cons

You are expected to work. Hardly a con.

I worked at Arrive Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lunch on Friday and free snacks. That’s about it!

    Cons

Long hours, commission structure is confusing and when you ask questions you get told one thing and never get helpful information about commission. Management micromanages. Many of the current established employees are quick to turn on you for a dollar in their pocket. Best way to describe the culture is 1000% a “frat bro” culture.
