    The people are great to work with.

    There is a lot of friends of Managers that are hired who seem to take advantage of the friendship and work whenever they want.

    I got to do what I liked to do and was good at. Benefits was overall good.

    Cons

    Pay was low for my level of expertise.

    Advice to Management

    Get a clue. When you start buying up other companies have someone in charge that knows the business you are buying at the level of the people doing the work.
