I have been working at Arrow Financial Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

nice environment friendly people who are willing to train those who wish to succeed. this is a good job and i would recommend anyone who wishes to further their career in this industry to apply

    Cons

cubicle desk work. can make for long days. plus the employees are not very motivated and are allowed to slack off if they want wish can lead to poor morale internally

    Advice to Management

need to bring forth a sense of unity. would be nice to have company get togethers. I hope management can provide a better sense of family oriented atmosphere

    Pros

it's a consulting firm so you have to adapt to the mission and the client and that means learning new technologies and methdologies

    Cons

you're a ressource that once they've placed at a client is long forgotten until the mission ends
