    Pros

    Pay as a full time employee is good. Good luck becoming one as it's nearly impossible. Good people to work with as they're all in the same miserable boat as you.

    Cons

    Condescending, ignorant, and absolutely wretched management. Casual dress code of jeans and a collared shirt ( that's been in place for years) unnecessarily changed to a forced business casual despite not being customer facing. Morale perpetually and laughably low. Employee suggestions or ideas completely ignored. HR department totally unsupportive and quick to throw someone under the bus to their supervisor despite HR...

    Advice to Management

    Fire ALL of the management and get some people in here who know what the hell they're doing. You keep letting the monkeys run the circus and it'll come as little surprise that the tent comes crashing down upon everyone. When you make promises, KEEP THEM. Overtaxing your employees is a great way to get them to leave for far better places. Temps is NOT always the answer.

    huge customer base, great technologies, tremendous potential

    Cons

    divisive culture, lack of clear direction, severe miscalculations on barriers to entry, challenging to negotiate for reasonable marketing needs

    Advice to Management

    get a leader who can manage throughout the organization and hire like minded leaders to be very intentional to deliver. Develop a culture of win-win and remove the internal competitive issues.
