Pros
You will be hard-pressed to find another opportunity as good as this if you are looking for a way to kickstart your sales career in the Saint Louis area, especially without a college education. From the get-go, you will be able to shadow the company's best sales reps who helped build Arsenal from the ground up and there is more actionable advice to go around than you can imagine. Long story short, the quality of leadership and company culture will keep you coming back day after day.
Cons
Not cons, but details to be aware of before you apply: - "Frat Culture": >75% of the company are 18-25 year old guys - Remote opportunities shouldn't be expected under normal circumstances - Results-oriented, meaning you will be held to a high standard and have to meet hard deadlines but there is never a shortage of advice or encouragement to go around.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review! I am thrilled to know that you're having a great time! I disagree with the comment about "frat culture" - we are just a young company full of future managers, directors, VPs, etc. We hire those who are ambitious, intelligent, and dependable. Thank you again for joining our team , and I hope you continue to contribute to our great company! - Aaron

Pros
Good sales experience, working with clients and C-suite
Cons
Poor upper management, very limited advancement roles, high turnover, frequently changing polices, management constantly keeping everyone in the dark, lots of smoke and mirrors, you do all the work and serve up appointments to clients so your success depends on someone else's ability to close, there is luck involved with which clients you get, if you take PTO you have to make up for it with an already high workload so time off is not realistic, no remote work, frequent pointless meetings, employees leaving, clients leaving. The vast majority of employees are guys straight out of college.
