I have been working at Arsenal Football Club full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Iconic club, great offices and canteen.

    Cons

Dreadful management, totally lacking in honesty and integrity. They fail to listen to staff, are immovable to change, bullying and threats towards lower level staff prevails. No team spirit (ironically) or sense that you are valued as an employee.

    Advice to Management

Club Board needs to review managers and look at failings from some of their senior team. This could be such a great place to work.
