I worked at Arsenal Football Club part-time

    Pros

Amazing environment for an Arsenal fan, guaranteed customers on match days. Flexible hours Salary was good and competitive

    Cons

Management was inconsistent, some days you would think you were working a full shift and then turn up to find you were working for a few hours. Considering when I was recruited they asked for highly skilled sales assistants, the work was very casual and totally went against everything I had learnt in retail. Managers were calling customers 'Mate, Dude,'

    Advice to Management

Become more consistent and don't alienate employees. Higher management was good, direct managers were not.

I worked at Arsenal Football Club full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great culture and inspirational leadership. Benefits are excellent including the staff canteen. Strong values and a good team spirit behind the scenes with people who really care.

    Cons

Development path is limited due to the flat structure. May require match day working which can be a plus or a minus!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Arsenal Football Club for more than 3 years

    Pros

The owner of the blog is very keen to teach you and guide you through the entire duration of the work.

    Cons

Odd timings, delayed payment and finally, the job was boring. You were supposed to write too many articles for the blog on a short notice and work for the first month unpaid after that.

    Advice to Management

Make the working conditions better. make payments to the interns on time and focus on creating better content.

I have been working at Arsenal Football Club part-time

    Pros

Brilliant place to work as a steward. Colleagues are all really friendly even the spurs fans!

    Cons

If you can't handle standing in one place for long hours then you might want to reconsider. Though, I don't see many having problems if you get to see parts of the game every now and again
