I have been working at Artcraft Health

    Pros

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Artcraft Health. The interview process was seamless compared to many others that I've been on and all the employees are very intelligent about the industry. This is a fast pace environment that is extremely interesting. There are many opportunities to grow within this company but with any business, hard work is a necessity. The facility is state of the art, which is extremely...

I worked at Artcraft Health for less than a year

    Pros

I had the privledge of working at Artcraft Health for an internship. It was a great opportunity that provided not only a strong insight in the Healthcare, Pharamaceutical, and Marketing industries, but it also offered strong work environment alongside motivated leaders. I was able to spend my time with various department leaders learning different aspects of Artcraft Health's goals and work ethic. The company is built...

The location is in a smaller town. However, they've recently moved into a new building where they put a lot of time and energy into the architecture and decor.

    Advice to Management

Keep on providing a strong work environment guiding employees with strong leadership. It is apparent that there are extremely hard and dedicated leaders at the management level.

    I worked at Artcraft Health

    Pros

Artcraft was above and beyond my expectations as an intern. I had the opportunity to learn from ALL of my co-workers and they were very accepting when I was doing something new and didn't get it right away. It is a small company but one that is growing, and will continue with the open minded, skilled, talented, and dedicated employees there. I hope I have co-workers like them in my future career.

    Cons

Sometimes working more hours than other days, but that's a job!

    Advice to Management

Continue being great leaders and helping your team so you all can excel together!

      Cons

The market is extremely competitive and meeting client expectations is critical. The teams are committed to exceed client expectations--and that can cause stress! If you are looking for a company to hide in, and if you are uncomfortable with accountability, Artcraft Health is not the place for you.

      Advice to Management

Continue to expect the best from all your team members.

I have been working at Artcraft Health full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There is a family mentality, where everyone is willing to help and pull together. Employees are appreciated for their hard work and provided flexibility in a work and home balance. Company advocates and supports external growth initiatives/ training, and promotes internally. Everyone works hard and has the opportunity to think outside the box.

      Cons

The agency work environment is not for the faint of heart or for those that have a clock in clock out mentality. Management is passionate and expects similarly from the employees. Client focus and project based approach with sometimes tight timelines can require extra work and hours.

      Advice to Management

Set clear expectations and communicate upfront with candidates.

      Pros

High turnover. Low pay. Long hours.

      Cons

The Artcraft part of the building is "state of the art"...or something like that.

      Advice to Management

Notice all the positive reviews say the same thing? "Never boring!" "Sometimes there are long days, but that's a job!" "Management is great! They care!" Leaders! Leaders! Leaders! Sounds like management put in a lot of effort posting positive reviews. Heed the warning of the negative reviews. At least they're honest.

Employees are nice. The outlets are next door.

      Cons

Management is anything but a team of "leaders." Incompetent and lack the ability to understand their employees. Salaries are below industry standard. No room for growth. Hours are long...so much for that great work-life balance. Extremely high turnover rate.

        Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Artcraft Health

        Pros

Nice office space. Don't have to drive to NYC or Philly to be a part of healthcare marketing agency. Decent benefits and summer hours.

        Cons

Really bad turnover, good hard-working employees end up leaving because of the poor management. I feel sorry for the person they got to write all those fake, 5-star reviews.

        Advice to Management

Be genuine and you will have the respect of your employees. Expect from yourself what you expect from your subordinates. Stop posting the phony reviews to boost your ratings.
