    Pros

    Great industry experience and opportunity to work on important client projects. Well defined career promotion path and exposure to new technology.

    Cons

    Travel to some client sites involved inconvenient travel arrangements, such as having to fly in on Sunday nights. However, it was generally not too bad.

    Advice to Management

    The pre-enron environment was great and had a great employee culture. Should defitely strive to have a similar corporate environment that focused on developi g a sense of community.
