    Pros

    Love the products, loved the energy in the company. The founder is a down to earth person. Very smart engineering team.

    Cons

    Operational processes need work, but it seemed like the company did not want to invest in it.

    Advice to Management

    Should look at performance of an individual and not just trust your own friends within the company, who may not be bringing any value.
