    Great people who care about there employees, great training program and great customers. I loved working at Arvest we have great people who care about the community. I give Arvest a thumbs up!!! And would recommend it to a friend

    Long hours its open 7 to 7 which is not normal for the market we are in also pay is below the market average for the same positions. It has it good and bad days. It's pay needs to I.prove

    Pros

    Free popcorn, free coffee, compensation enables you to become thrifty and how to stretch a dollar. Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University was given for free a few years ago so we could maintain lower living standards and help build the shareholder's $35,000,000,000 net worth.

    Cons

    No advancement opportunities and will find ways to avoid giving raises so that thousands of dollars in fees can be waived for larger customers.
