I worked at Arvest Bank part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This is a bank that takes a more caring and human approach to selling. The people who work for this company truly care for who they help, and with some minor adjustments it could be an unstoppable bank

    Cons

The pay is low in comparison to most banks. They claim it's because they offer a great benefits package, but it's not any better.

I worked at Arvest Bank part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Slightly flexible schedule, some compensation based on sales, great culture, wonderful people, lots of opportunities for a promotion, the company invests a lot of training into you,

    Cons

Better work schedule for college students, takes a year to get college subsidy and have to work one year after reward (begin as teller your freshman year and you can get 1000 if you solely work here through all of college paid directly to your tuition!)

Monthly incentive and quarterly incentive are nice if you and the branch can meet goals. Yearly profit sharing bonus.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Arvest Bank

    Pros

Profit sharing bonus, nice people, great benefits, 401k, health, vision and dental, free popcorn and coffee,

    Cons

Pay is not the best at least as a teller or FSR. Leadership can vary greatly with some very poor managers. Doing anything related to people's money is difficult.
