I have been working at Arvest Bank

    Pros

There is plenty of room for growth and tons of training. If you want to move up you can. That is told to you from the beginning. Benefits are great, profit sharing bonus, 401k we have a great team at our branch. we have great customers too!

    Cons

Tellers aren't paid as much as some banks. They should be paid more. It does cause a lot of turnover.

    Cons

The hours, 8-8 can be challenging and can cause staffing issues, our salary can be less than other banks, but we generally have better benefits than other companies
