    Pros

-the only thing i like about this place is that they provide employee pride card discount i.e. 50%
    -salary on time

    Cons

if you are male you will always end up getting a closing shift

asst store managers/ dept managers/ store managers are not even qualified for their positions (poor hiring by poor hr team)

corporate office/regional office never respond you back on time

they deal in clothes but don't have funds for uniforms, badges, stationery (you may have to beg for an 5rs diary to note down sales record)

managers are uneducated and fail to outline a systematic rooster

managers even go down to the level that they count the number of times you go for washroom breaks

partial incentive plan and condition changes without informing sales staff

"All work and no play" i understand we have only one week off but at least conduct some welfare activities for your staff to retain their interest in work
employee of the month is pathetic cheat game

no hygiene standards inside pantry area you will faint looking how the staff drink the same water dispenser from which the ppl wash hands and spit

top management is thick-skinned and don't take Criticism in a positive manner when they find a junior more talented than themselves

stupid rules like mobiles are not allowed in a pocket

managers take away your employee card balance without asking you

there no freedom to express your ideas in the briefing

too much interference by store and dept managers in your personal and professional life

forget about lunch there is no place to sit and eat/ managers even try to take your stuff without asking they think that they have the power and can treat the staff in their own way

    Advice to Management

j suresh are you reading this-- in retail, we serve the customers but what i have been doing all the time is setting up the store and doing standards only for regional/senior managers. is it really fair (you people get trapped by store managers and whatever you see during your visits is just icing on cake and rest of the time store is in a complete mess)

housekeeping and security staff are not your servants treat them well

top managers, please stay at least 5-6 hours during your visits i have seen you coming only for 2-3 minutes and pretending as throwing a favor ( yes take it on your ego because of you this company has bad retention rate demotivated employees and unhappy customers)

KPI and KRA are pathetic figures that is why the whole retail is going down

Dept managers stop watching youtube whole day and sending housekeepers 4-5 times a day to bring your desired snacks from the market

don't rely on mystery shopping report they are are hollow and bogus. real facts are reflected when you yourself visit the store.

arvind university training program is a joke and you should invite all the staff for training regardless of their post because only managers are called from the store

hire some quality managers because they can only balance the polluted environment here

employee keep standing throughout the day don't question them for a washroom break

you know the colors of your hr team hahaha warn them to leave politics

encourage communication between the junior and senior level that is how this company can grow (all your new brands are doing great but the profit is'int everything- focus on staff more and reflect it in your policies)

i have 100000s of things to share but i know ppl on top doesn't care

think 10 times to join this company its a trap

    Cons

I had worked for almost 3 years in Arvind Lifestyle & Brands Limited ALBL
    Everything was Excellent like ?
What we have not expect from the company they provide all those things.
    Knowledge
    Tips
    Mock training
And the last tool Growth for employer.
Along with good bonus but no unexpected hike in salary i.e very less hike in salary
But employer need only Good Attractive Bonus incentive.
He should get a reward because he had proof his hard work.
    Now things went wrong
Wealthy person is getting position due to he/she is well qualified and where the experience one is lacking due to less qualified That's all

    Advice to Management

Nice to work with Arvind Brands Ltd.
