    Management graduates are valued and you get to work on core strategy roles & with best minds in the organisation, just be pro-active in voicing your choices and the role that you want. If it's feasible, the organisation will try to give the same to you. You'd like it if you like being in Ahmedabad.

    Tremendous job security and great support from the superiors.
    Good atmosphere to learn.
    Good scope of opportunities
    Great HR and leave polices

    Erratic working hours
    No fixed schedule or timelines for the project are adhered to.
    The growth for an employee is slow.

    Give opportunity to new youngsters and do away with the hierarchy present in the setup.
    Make safety and hygiene a compulsion at your facilities

    Pros

    1. Good Work-Life Balance
    2. No Work stress
    3. One-third of the days in an year are company paid holidays.
    4. This is a good workplace if you are not ambitious, if you are a Typical Lazy Gujju, if you are 40 plus years of age & don't want much stress, if you just want to pass your last few years before retirement, if you want excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

    1. Salaries well below industry average
    2. SINGLE Digit Increments year after year; often less than annual inflation rate in India
    3. More than 90% of the employees (including managerial levels) are unskilled.
    4. Company is full of Lazy Typical Gujjus.
    5. 'Chalta hai to chalne do' attitude
    6. Good performances or ideas are often ignored.
    7. No personal or professional growth of employees.
    8. Company does not invest in employees at all.
    9. No transportation facilities for employees.
    10. No proper induction to new joinees.
    11. No Transparency. Management often keeps the lower employees in dark.
    12. Incompetent, insignificant & lazy HR
    13. Hiring is done randomly across all levels & also, roles are given randomly.
    14. High Attrition rate. No one sticks around for more than 1-2 years unless he is a Local guy.
    15. Company can become a career spoiler for ambitious, talented youngsters.

    Advice to Management

    1. Invest in employees.
    2. Train your employees across levels, improve their skilsets.
    3. Provide growth opportunities or at least a good career path to employees.

    3. Full of lazy idiots, who are just waiting for their retirement

    5. Typical government like babu culture

    Need to retrench 50% manpower, at least, based on the performance assessment.
