I worked at Asahi India Glass full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There aren't many, but if i try to put it:
    1. Big company. You get to understand the working.
    2. Exposure for travelling
    3. You learn to work like a donkey, on christmas/diwali/holi/Eid. You will be so devalued in this company that when you get an ounce of respect from even street animals you will feel like God.

    Cons

    1. The whole organisation system is crazy. It doesn't make any sense. You will be reporting to a person just as old as you or an incompetent hindi speaking person or an mba reporting to a graduate etc.
    2. Forget your personal life because there won't be any. They say you have to work for 8 hours but in HR if you DARE LEAVE AT 5 . omg.
    3. You will be ogled upon from your superiors if you are seen relaxing for 5 mins.
    4. The narrow mindedness of the top superiors trickles down to the bottom whether you like it or not.
    5. Income is nothing. You earn less than the maintenance people working in plants.
    6. You will be abused by plant employees because they think you are in so much more convenience than them (which is absolutely demented).
    7. There will be escalation on your positions if you take 3 days to find a matching profile even though the process says you can take more days.
    8. If you have some self respect and you are a woman, just, please stay away from this company.

    Advice to Management

I don't think you understand the condition of HR in this company. Please go through these reviews and do something about it.
