    Pros

Excellent colleagues most of them are under 30, even Managers are under 40 so very strong and energetic team lots to learn along.
A developing company doing good business so career growth is possible

    Cons

    No work life balance
Labour work force is very bad, need to handle it better
    Too stressed environment

Kindly handle your labour issues in Chennai plant, it is going out of control. Most of the people who have changed jobs in the last one year is due to this reason.

    Pros

If you are an engineer, pros are hard to find in AIS. They pay you 3 LPA if you are a GET, 5 LPA after 5 years of experience and 7/8 LPA after 10 years of experience. If you are an average engineer, AIS could be apposite fit. But, if you believe that you have that something in new which allows you to stand out, better not join the company.

    Cons

One of the worst companies in core sector. Takes the cream from all over India ( 5 out of 780 students from my college) and exploits them. Believes in cheap labor and sucks out everything from the engineers without enough salary.

    Advice to Management

If you are an average engineer, AIS could be apposite fit. But, if you believe that you have that something in new which allows you to stand out, better not join the company.

I have been working at Asahi India (Less than a year)

    Pros

one of the biggest automotive suppliers in india, having 76% market share. very big group, gives a good hike if you are joining as an experienced empoyee. good place for people coming from indian companies or residing nearby.

    Cons

no work life and personal life balance, official duty timings are in records only. 24X7 you have to be available, old plant, old culture, old people, old mindset, lacks basic safety norms in plant, glass glass everywhere, machines are so old that they are begging for stopping them, but production and planning sucks, forget festivals, forget personal life, forget peace, forget sleep, union people adds to the woes when it comes to dealing with people. HR department is worse. people working at gurgaon head office are actually living their life, rest all are workers. join at your own risk, if money is the only thing that matters to you. no positions defined. people of same experience and null knowledge would be your seniors.

    Advice to Management

if production is the only way of measuring success of the company, yess...the company is going great.
when it comes to employee life and quality product, everyone knows it very well.
