    Pros

    The staff is very supportive.
You get to blend in with kids.
The children love you a lot.

    Cons

Being even a minute later than 7:45 means you have been marked absent for a third of your day.
It is not worth the pay.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people what they deserve.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Asas International School full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

my principal was the best guide there and great support including some of my seniors as well!!!

    Cons

its not difficult to educate children as we know our job but it is difficult to cope up with the burden of curriculum i practice Montessori system where we direct the child's' energies not force the child to just complete it n do it in a rush even though he doesn't understand it!!!!

    Advice to Management

consult the teachers before new session start n make a curriculum and follow accordingly without rushing or over burdening the children!!!
