Better Pay, No Sick Time, have to use vacation time if I have an emergency

    Advice to Management

Maybe you could help employees to understand why at the corporate level they're giving annual raises but we're told "we don't give out raises that comes down from corporate" I've been here for just over 5 years now and I've had one raise the whole time, we're not even giving cost of living increase to help. The cost of living is up, insurance is up, everything is up except my pay every year. Why are we not able to acquire sick time through out the year? I have 2 kids and kids get sick, I sometimes get sick as well, but yet if I need a day off to go be seen by the dr or take a sick kid to the dr then I have to use a vacation day or not get paid, how is going to the dr a vacation? And doing that could put my actual vacation in jeopardy. Never understood why we can't earn sick hours through out the year, it doesn't make sense

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Paid-time-off now works as an umbrella that includes vacation and sick time together. Four additional paid-time-off days were added in 2016 to ... More

    Pros

Pay is aggressive for those who perform. You can make more money in a shorter amount of time than other jobs. If you are not afraid to work, this is a place for you.

    Cons

To many hours, and little time off to recuperate. Even if you give above what is scheduled or required, they will ask for more. Drama, drama, drama!! Lots of personality issues among sales people and lower level management. Sometimes the is seems the motto is do as I say, not as I do.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example. Use the numerous training courses available to improve your management's leadership skills Most of the managers I dealt with were great people. The store is on a right track to make some history.

    Pros

hourly pay...and good hours compared to other dealerships

    Cons

I worked at the Infinity store....They pay hourly and expect an insane amount of calls in order to be paid on commissions. The turn over is high because of this, if your in front of customers spending 1-2 hrs with a customer when do you have time to make all these calls and be held to the fire for it....if the managers dont like you they wont really assist you in working your deals and they will make others a priority even if you have begun working a deal so it's a either we like you or we dont kind of place

    Advice to Management

treat all customers as if they can buy regardless of how they look and actually work deals fairly and equally
