    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Ascend Learning full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This is very good place to work. lots of opportunities to prove yourselves. and very good support to be innovative, from my mangers. I am really glad to work here. I have worked for around 6 companies so far, and this is the best amongst all of them. every opportunity to maintain work-life balanced. Management is very good. Pay is on par. lots of flexibility to work from home every friday and any day you required....

    Cons

not organized so well. Hard work should be paid with recognition.

    Advice to Management

Please recruit few more people. need to be process oriented. bring on more people in specialized areas like QA and have separate team like CoE(Centre of Excellence) who will maintain all QA activities across the development units.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Ascend Learning full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible time off, competitive pay, annual bonus

    Cons

Cliques, politics, constant shifting of priorities and direction. Accountability is one of their values but there is no positive accountability and negative only applies to some.

    Advice to Management

You're burning out employees faster than you can onboard them. Soon there won't be any talent left willing to work with you.
