    Pros

    Faith-based organization. Good values.

    Cons

Struggling new executive leadership. Most associates mistrust executive leadership.

    Advice to Management

Has always been a good place to work. Current top executive leadership is very erratic. Company has lost its moral compass when new national CIO took over.
