      No real oversight - you can literally do whatever you want

      Cons

      They took away all incentive to do you job well. You will not be rewarded for working twice as hard as your coworkers. They put the least experienced people into leadership roles and they don't know what they're doing. Hard work, above and beyond are overlooked. There is literally NO opportunity for advancement unless you're the "golden child" of the moment. Opportunities are given to who they want without fair...

      Maybe take some leadership classes? Try to act like you give a crap about ALL your employees, not just the few on 1st shift. Be better than you are.
