    Shared governance, really seems to listen to grievances, substantial raises post -COVID

    Cons

    Annual "raises" notoriously small (1-3%), little chance for advancement

    Pros

    They try to provide a safe work environment for all. They care about low income patients, and try to be involved in the community. They took the pandemic seriously and tried to protect their employees.

    Cons

    Lower pay and benefits than many local hospitals. Some of the equipment is out dated and difficult to get replaced. They have decreased pay without warning, and their communication with their employees needs work.

    Pros

    New, good structure. Most management is good. Ratios are very low. Pay is OK for the Austin area (pay in Austin is lower than the rest of Texas)
