    I have been working at Ashdown Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Personal enviroment, high performing sales team, high standards, constant training and improvement program
    Good wages, excellent incentive and comm program
    All staf receive company iPhone and iPad, flexible working arranagement
    Central location
    Team enviroment, productive office space, lots of light

    Cons

    Would not suit people looking for big marble receptions or who like large companies with heavy structure

    Small company with not many staffs
    Work is not very challenging and exciting
    Payment is not very competitive
    Very localized

    More opinions should be involved rather than one person's decision
    Senior management team is not very experienceful and staffs changed quite often

    Hard to think of any. The office is in a central location.

    Cons

    - Egotistical directors who are abusive to staff
    - Incompetent management and direction
    - No training or support
    -Incredibly high turnover of staff
    -Cowboy approach to recruitment with no real industry knowledge
    -massively underpay
    -an awful environment to work in
