Work life balance can be a challenge

Some really nice people there who just want to do a good job. Good concept for some of the patient support programmes, although the concept isn't really borne out in reality.
Senior managers don't listen and don't want to listen. They are always right! Apparently. Lots of talk and noise made about the company's values, but you don't see those values being displayed in the behaviours of a lot of the more senior people in the company.
Very dated and inefficient IT infrastructure.
Lots of brown-nosing will get you where you want to be. If you have your own ideas and want to change the 'we've always done it this way' culture, then forget it.
