      Pros

The Culture! The team work oriented nature of the company! The Business Planning! The Bright Future of Ashton Woods.

      Cons

Company benefits are competitive but I've worked for companies with better out of pocket maximums. However the Pro's out weight this by FAR!

      Great environment...even from home.

      Pros

AW is one of the best places I’ve worked. The people I’ve dealt with at corporate (I’m a corporate employee) are approachable (even the CEO) & aren’t caught up in titles, hierarchy, drama, etc. One of the noticeably different things, especially for a builder, is the number of women in top positions- CFO, CLO, CMO, head of HR, and even many in division leadership. The market is on overdrive right now & there is definitely a lot of work to get done, but it is a great environment.

      Cons

We’ve all been working at home for a year now and overall company communication could always be better, but otherwise no real cons.
