    Product RD cycle is too long to wait

    Pros

    A large companies can provide you many opportunities around the world including China, South-east Asia and EMEA. It's good to experience some large projects. You can learn a lots no matter positive or negative sides. The project can improve yourself in a quick way.

    Cons

    Some shortages of all large companies with more than 10,000 people. The training is not well organized. Sometimes, you are always hurried to the next project. The company does not always give you a clear career path.
