    open culture, supportive mgmt if you are a competent worker, no politics environment

    Cons

    long working employees hard to change mentality, hence hard to keep up pace with mgmt. Some employees lack of self awareness and ownership sense.

    Advice to Management

    Have some time with ground up employees and align expectations.

    Pros

    Was previously known as one of the bigger game companies in Singapore and the region. Opportunity to work in a niche industry and be exposed to a wide range of publishing roles.

    Cons

    Company has lost it's focus with each country doing their own thing.

    Advice to Management

    Adapt and support change especially in such a fast moving industry.

    Opportunities to learn and moving up in levels is always there for you to grasp... but you need to seize the opportunity...

    Cons

    Lacking of business direction that evolved around current market.. you will be just doing the same old safe thing over and over again and hope it succeed..

    Evolve the business as game developers no longer needs publishers.. trying new things is not always bad..

    Somewhat central location. Overtime-taxi claims. Overtime compensation in the form of off days. A lot of insight to the gaming industry. Opportunities to experiment. Great place to refine your 101s. Opportunities to learn and get involved with many aspects of the operation, if you are willing.

    Cons

    NO BONUS. NON COMPETITIVE SALARY. LACK OF CAREER PROGRESSION. Processes are lost when key individuals leave, then rewritten at will. Lack of thought leadership. Bureaucratic. Time-sheet based performance metrics, instead of output-based ones (depending on which era of upper management you fall into). Lack of recognition for individual good work on a company level.     Stop hiring people with no links to the industry, who don't quite understand cultural nuances that exist in the gaming realm for a reason. There are very capable and willing hard workers still around holding the ship together. Identify, groom and train(improve) them, not bog them down.     Pros

    Great bottom floor culture. Immediate supervisor was a good mentor.

    Cons

    Salary was one of the lowest, bonuses are almost non existent for the years I'm with them. Company has no affirmed direction ahead, regional offices doesn't compliment one another in efforts they are still managed as individual entities with their own KPIs

    The work ethics and dynamics are outdated unable to keep up with market.

    Bad management. Management keep changing their direction and everything keep changing and shifting around.
