    Pros

    discounted flight ticket...glassdoor keep telling me write down more but this is all.

    Cons

    too conservative, afraid of changing, low salary

    Advice to Management

    if you're interested in aviation fields, it is good for as your first job but should quit in 3-5 years.

    Good for entry level job. Flexible hours. Employee discount flight benefit. Co-workers are mostly nice.

    Cons

    no management whatsoever. Your shift will be consistently changing.

    Cons

    Typical Korean work culture. The lower in hierarchy you are, the more hard work you have to do.

    Pros

    1. Gaining a variety of experience including customer service and how airports work.
    2. Not a sedentary office job, meaning you get to go to different areas of the airport and move around if that's important to you.
    3. Sometimes exciting-- you get to see celebrities from time to time.

    Cons

    1. Typical Korean work culture (Korean hierarchy, etc.) The lower in hierarchy you are, the more hard work you have to do.
    2. Uncomfortable uniforms and shoes especially for ladies.
    3. Not enough man power and pay check.
    4. Fluctuating work hours that solely depend on the arrival/departure time of the plane.

    Lack of flexibility. Need to work on night shifts

    low income, Korean ethics in business environment, high turn over rate.

    salary compare to work & eligibility for this position is too low. make sure salary must be balanced for foreign employees.
