    Cons

Owner is micromanager and expects too much for too little pay

    Advice to Management

Let people do their jobs, and reward long term employees who do their jobs well

    Pros

If your Yes mam type you will get many hours

    Cons

Not many hours, Within 30mins you have to get to work when they call you, The new management have no respect for the employers. The first pay check comes after 6 weeks.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful to your employers. They go through a lot, they're the ones driving around to and from. They do the hard job. Be creative and safe them money when you know informations like a free parking lot near by the location where they have the assignment.
