Co-workers are talented and good at what they do.
Management is completely out of touch with their staff, yet micromanage everything. Employees are expected to do the job of 2 to 3 people and not get properly compensated. The unfair workload makes it impossible to do your job well. Favorite employees get away with total disregard to company policy and procedure, while others are continually reprimanded. Regular reviews never happen on time.
Advice to Management
Stop saying that everything takes 10 minutes. Seriously consider replacing upper management with hard working talent that will bring fresh ideas and high morale.
