I worked at Aspen Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

work with a great group of people-

    Cons

training is inconsistent- no employment growth- they hire in at a higher pay base that is higher than current employees, no raises - insurance package is ridiculously high- dress code is not enforced

    Advice to Management

test new employees for knowledge for position on the software they say the know before hiring

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Aspen Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Worked with some nice people.

    Cons

    1. False charges/accusations went on employee's records without investigation.
    2. Employees are lectured and threatened , but those in power act unprofessionally themselves.
    3. Aspen employees are not made to feel their work is important.

    Advice to Management

    1. Having authority doesn't automatically mean professionalism.
    2. Employees are human beings with dignity.
    3. Treat employees like they make a difference and they will.

I worked at Aspen Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

For my position the pay was great and the hours were good. I was in a technical position and allowed to run things my way for as long as I produced great results for the client company and for Aspen.

    Cons

It is a contracting operation so there were really no benefits to speak of until the affordable healthcare act was enacted.

    Advice to Management

Work on putting together a benefits package that include holiday and vacation pay.
