I have been working at Aspen full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company has a fast paced exciting character always looking for novel ways to accomplish its goals. It has been on a growth path for more than a decade.

    Cons

One does get the sense that the goal is profit over everything else, and so targets can be challenging. Senior execs are strong commercially and in sales rather than in manufacturing or technical disciplines.

    Advice to Management

Get a better understanding of the technical and manufacturing complexities within the business.
