Positive culture, noble vision to improve the livelihood of small business owners
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Well-run company with strong, disciplined & compassionate management and reasonable resources to get your job done. 2. Focused on people, profitability, and documented processes/systems vs. a culture of chaos and reactivity. Clear and quick decision-making. 3. Genuine care for customers/clients - while creating a sense of belonging and shared vision that makes employees feel valued.
Cons
1. Make sure you like or are open to small-town living with a great ski resort and 5th largest lake in the U.S. - Lake Pend Oreille. 2. Lacks retirement plan/401K benefits (although on the horizon) 3. 1.5 hours drive to Spokane Airport when you need to travel on business or vacation but no traffic. Business travel isn't very heavy + technology and Zoom/Microsoft Teams conferencing is solid.

This is the tip of the iceberg with the culture issues that run all the way to the top.
