I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It’s a fun job that you get to learn about the world, and do different things like personal shop, tickets and other things. There is always great competitions and they give out great incentives. When you are a top performer it’s easy to reap all the benefits. The location is really great too.

    Cons

Some of the cons is that some of the people who work there can be negative because they aren’t high performers.

    Advice to Management

Try to sit negative people by all the positive people are by them so that goes away.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being able to work from home, inorder to be hired you must pass a background check, a previous employment check, also you have to do an I 9 form, which needs to be notarized, they also will request photos of your office setup inwhich they will ask for photos of your office door which needs to have a lock on it, a paper shredder, a desk, an office chair, a modem and router, also no one is allowed in your work office ever other than you. They also will send you the computer equipment, phone, and head set you need for the position if hired. You also must provide high speed internet and a current ISP bill showing your work phone and internet service is active and current. There is no tech issues at the job, the only tech issues I have seen have been from different employees thru their ISP providers if there happens to be an outage in their area. Every one from recruiting and HR is super friendly while you are going thru the hireing process. You can not miss any training or you will fall behind and not have a job. At the end of training you must pass an exam of all that you have learned in training to see if you will be put on the floor or if not they will let you go. Also they give you health benefits after your frist 30 days of employment.

    Cons

Once on the floor is a whole new world, you can message your coworkers in chat or thru email, some you can call but beware responses are not always instant and can get fustrating, some people will never respond some will respond days later. Every manager, team lead, and supervisor all have different sets of rules they follow which leads to much confusion, many people do not last at the position due to ISP issues, call outs, bad surveys from customers, misshandling of calls, back ground noise, or simply due to fustration of management. Overtime is always available due to not enough people working. If your call is not handled in 5-15 minutes it puts you in ACW while in their management will ride you as to why your call is taking so long , be prepared for this, to many calls in ACW can lead to write ups and eventually lead to you being fired. Many of the customers are rude, obnoxious, and have no patience. The customers want fast, easy, and instant results. Your bonuses are contingent on your surveys customers give you. If you have 9 great surveys out of 10 you will not receive a bonus, you need 10/10 great surveys to receive a bonus. Many people call out due to a variety of reasons which leads to higher call volumes and more work for the employees working that day. Many times have I worked on my days off due to call outs of other employees. You can move up in the company but inorder to do so surveys must be perfect, attendence must be perfect, and you must have hardly had ACW time on calls in order to be promoted. Favoritism runs very deeply here they will help, promote, and give bonuses to their favorites over non favorites. If you can handle and pass everything they are looking for go for the job, its a steady paycheck. If not beware and move on.

    Advice to Management

All managers, team leads, and supervisers, should be following one set of rules not mutliple sets, 5-15 minutes to handle some calls is not long enough, stop penilizing people for using ACW raise the call handle time, if someone has great surveys minus one dont fault them, everyone can not be pleased. Also there should be a time frame requirement in which managment must respond to coworkers by. If a question is asked monday friday should not be the day an answer is received by.

    Pros

    None! Zero. Null and void!

    Cons

Laundry list a mile and a half long.

    Advice to Management

Bleep off but not before getting over yourselves first! I didn’t hate the job ~ I hated the people!
Upper management, they’re donkeys! They think they know it all and they will attempt to pick you apart. Every time I shared my thoughts with them, no matter how valid, it was like talking out my rear end as all have extreme cases of superiority complexes. And the moment you question their authority they morph donkey even if you were told to do if differently the day before by another donkey.
They will deliberately make it difficult for you and co-workers are two-faced. The environment is militaristic so don’t plan on being a professional version of yourself because it’s unacceptable yet they supposedly higher candidates based on their personality.
Micromanaging, they take that word to a whole other level, square that in fact! And how they hire people with Master’s Degrees for their entry level positions where only a high school diploma is required. And if you’ve read the other reviews, factually there’s no room for growth.
As for hypocrisy, in all my life I’ve never seen anything life when I was working at this hellhole! Management blatantly thinks that their colleagues are “beneath” them, up the bleeping dose would do that place a world of good! If you need a job, can withstand having to deal with nasty souls on the daily, deal with being unjustly picked apart near every day, essentially being bullied then this job is for you.
Just get ready to function like a robot, endure extreme micromanagement, have no voice and work with a bunch of hypocritical, bleeping buttholes!

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Home based, worked from residence

    Cons

Constantly changing schedule made work/life balance impossible for me. Impossible standards to achieve bonuses. They look for ways NOT to pay the bonuses. Impossible grading system. No back up for any days you are off, so if you have a client needing some information on a case you worked on on a day you are off you get downgraded for not being there to deal with it even though you were scheduled to be off. Aspire is a sinking ship, find something else, I did and am much, much happier.

    Advice to Management

    Clean House.

    Pros

You have a chance to win an Amazon Gift Card

    Cons

Rude Colleagues in Chelmsford & Burlington. No consistency. Crappy Hours! The training sucks! Very high turn over rate. Chelmsford is FULL OF DRAMA!! THIS PLACE IS UNHINGED!!

    Advice to Management

Stop sending emails and actually help to better the work environment. Stop depending on the team leaders for everything. The team leaders barely know their job.
