I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It’s a fun job that you get to learn about the world, and do different things like personal shop, tickets and other things. There is always great competitions and they give out great incentives. When you are a top performer it’s easy to reap all the benefits. The location is really great too.

    Cons

Some of the cons is that some of the people who work there can be negative because they aren’t high performers.

    Advice to Management

Try to sit negative people by all the positive people are by them so that goes away.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay rate, the team work, the industry is fun and interesting, the opportunity to learn skills you may not already have, earning benefits with hotels, earning potential for bonuses based on quality and attendance and sales, the people there are great, the managers are pretty nice people.

    Cons

-attendance policy is a bit rigid
    -inconsistencies across the board everywhere.
-local site managers don't work together a lot, and don't actively all do their jobs..
-Managers do not have clout with upper management, and it's hard to get changes put into place to benefit employees.
-a lot of redundant work processes, ineffectual programs and tech issues.
    -unrealistic work expectations
    -work/life balance is minimal
    -staffing issues
-HR is not really an HR department

    Advice to Management

Work together, don't play favorites, don't get a big ego, and do your work.

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles (Less than a year)

    Pros

Covered Parking. View of Camelback mountain.

    Cons

Too many to share; if you are a smart person you will read the reviews and over look any openings this company may offer. The job is pure hell.

    Advice to Management

Shut your business before someone else does.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Team building and camaraderie with coworkers, knowledge expansion, constructive coaching, incentive and bonus programs, steady base salary with room for growth, monthly perks, overtime opportunities. The work itself, when it is manageable in volume, is enjoyable. Management is actively working to make the work environment better for the entire company as a whole and has recently installed an employee advisory board.

    Cons

Inconsistency. Staffing tends to be an issue. Management makes frequent changes to procedures and policies, and communications are not always the most effective. Employees don't always feel that they have as much support as they need. Many benefits have recently been stripped.

    Advice to Management

Work actively to listen to your employees' feedback. Keep valued members of your team feeling like their jobs are important and that they are providing an important service to the company. Show long-time employees the same attention and value that you give to new hires. Do not cut stable benefits in favor of shorter term inventive goals with (sometimes) higher payouts that are not guaranteed or consistent.

    Pros

None, it was a horrible place to work. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Cons

Their training glazes over each topic and you are supposed to know everything when you get out on the floor. The female trainer ruined the class, she was so pompous and unwilling to help you with learning the material.

    Advice to Management

The training needs to be better. They need a trainer that is will to teach, not just read the slides.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Co-workers, the back bone of the company, not in management.

    Cons

Make less money over time. Differential pay has been reduced and bonus pay is almost non-existent as performance metrics increased. No individuation. Micromanagement to a fault. Dehumanization of the workforce where employees do not feel valued or even humiliated. Nepotism.

    Advice to Management

People are leaving in droves due to the management style and practices of the company. Managers are forced to do terrible things to make their employer happy and to keep their jobs. Too much oversight from the international parent company. Constant changes without constant improvement. A splintered and poorly trained management team. No team spirit. Loss of client focused customer service. Time for an upheaval of management.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There's not a single pro. Not one.

    Cons

You are micromanaged down to your bathroom breaks. The pay sucks. The managers are a bunch of misfits who have not a single clue as to what they're doing. They change policies more than one changes their underwear and then wonder why no one is ever on the same page. They continue to take away benefits such as the sabbatical, the shift differential etc. The health benefits go up each year with no significant raise to cover the costs. Everyone deflects everything to someone else. The bonus program sucks. Morale is in the toilet. They want you to work faster but everything takes a minimum of 20 steps to complete or the system isn't conducive to rapid fire call taking, so you can't work faster even if you wanted to. No one genuinely cares about the employees, including HR. You're a number, you're replaceable and they don't care if you don't like something. Every single person in there is miserable.

    Advice to Management

They all need to be fired.

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None.. nada. nothing. I had to choose five words here.. one star is one too many.

    Cons

Absolutely horrible management.. they have zero clue as to what they are doing. These are miserable high end clients who call wanting ridiculously priced good, tickets, etc. You are actually told to LIE to the clients to keep them happy. They do not offer to the clients what they promise and you are stuck taking the heat. Worst job ever... run run run!

    Advice to Management

Your job is sad. You have zero integrity.
