    Unless you like your job consuming your sanity, there are no pros. It pays the bills.

    Cons

    High stress levels, absolutely no room for advancement unless you are part of a click, calls are non stop back to back, forget about any kind of bonus because the expectations are so unrealistic, management is completely useless and unapproachable, HR is just as bad, if you have any kind of disability this place is definitely not for you, tenured employees are treated like yesterday's garbage, half the employees don't...

    Pros

    Great support from coworkers and manager. You are not selling things to customers, you are creating experiences for them. No pressure to push any expensive trips instead of beneficial deals to them. Not mentioning the great benefits to work from home (time, money, etc. saving)

    Cons

    Some clients/contracts may be useless, however you still get paid for doing your job.

    None in my team. My managers are extremely knowledgeable and always available to help.

      Focus on people that have a servants heart and solid technical aptitude. They're the 2 keys to thriving in this company. Make sure team leaders are supported, aligned them with their teams schedule and are consistently connecting with their teams.
