I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent Pay, zero commute (if you can work at home), improve on work and investigative skills. Usually lots of OT opportunities. Monthly bonuses are fairly easy to attain depending on the team you are on. My monthly bonus averages between $150 - $250.

    Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Pay increases are practically non-existent. Huge lack of organization and no consistent methods of communication. Lots of tech problems.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and reward them with yearly pay increases, if you do this, they will value their jobs. Get WAY more organized and streamline your informational platform. Get better technology.

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

base pay is the highest in the area

    Cons

scheduling shifts was ridiculous. mid level management was really available or didn't have the answers or take responsibility. systems failures on a daily basis. senior VP was there to make a name for himself. Geniene only gave lip service to the concierges and never seemed like she wanted to help. HR stopped responding to many concierges on matter which they only handled.

    Advice to Management

adopt a better call center model

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They used to be one of the highest paying jobs for entry level positions but that changed so they don't even have that anymore.

    Cons

Bad management. They keep firing people yet the calls keep coming and there aren't enough agents to take them.

If you're bad at your job you will be rewarded but if you're good they will find ways to make you feel like you're doing a bad job.

    Advice to Management

    Step up your game.

    Pros

    They pay a living wage.

    Cons

Concierge will fight to prove their "hours worked". Their systems go down frequently, It somehow becomes the employee's responsibility to prove they were actually working during that time. So Special!

The managers have very little power to affect change, they are guided by a woman that is systematically eliminating anyone that makes over 15.00 per hour. If you are a CITI employee, be aware, a MasterCard Hun is at the Helm. If you are earning more than $15.00 per hour, polish up your resume.

This Pariah will never gain excellence for their CITI contract through mediocrity, as this is what she is accustomed to, and Citi expectations elude her. You get what you pay for, mediocrity causes payouts! Pay attention CITI.

    Pros

    Work from home, no traffic

    Cons

Low pay and have to provide everything you need. The campaign I worked they promoted the same group of people so hard to make more money. Worked there for almost 2 years with the same pay. I quit.

    Advice to Management

Offer better pay and actually offer pay increases.

    Pros

Good people, pizza, dress code and that you only really work 40 hours a week if you want to.

    Cons

Service managers, training department, most team leaders are clueless and AHT.

    Advice to Management

Maybe look more into your middle management and just above, you might find some shady characters.

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only pro is the pay

    Cons

Aspire has to be by far the most terrible work environment I have ever experienced. The management is non existent people can do whatever they want when they want. If you need to speak to a manager well good luck. You have to take back to back calls and you have zero time to fulfill any of the customers request. Going into to Research is forbidden there are 1000s of casesome that just sit in end of shift for months and no one gets around to them unless a customer Calls Citi and complain and Oh all of a sudden management comes alive. They treat employees like they don't matter unless your in a clique who likes to talk about other people. Human Resources and management will tell the entire office about your personal business. The bonuses they promise you will never see. Tech issues everyday for at least an hour or so and you won't be paid for it. They have impossible expectations and they change policies via email everyday so it's hard to keep up with how they want things done. I have seen people break down and cry and walk out because of the stress. You will not have a life outside of work because they are always understaffed so ot is plenty but you do too much ot they won't pay you even though they ask you to stay. It is a miserable place to work period!

    Advice to Management

Close down your doors fire every Manager and start over when this company actually can function properly.

I worked at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They pay well for a call center, the managers once you get to the floor are friendly, the building and office are very nice.

    Cons

Training is not set for success. Out of the nine people in my class only 2 went through. Worst trainer I've ever experienced.

    Advice to Management

You need to look at the track record of your trainer during her past two classes. 5 people out of 20 is not good. You need a trainer who trains for success not a teacher who grades to fail. If anything you need to have some sort of survey that the people in the class fill out about there experience during training. I think something along these lines would answer many questions as to how successful the training really is.
