    I worked at Aspire part-time

    Pros

I was able to do everything at home. From training to consultations, It was all easy access. I was also able to choose my own hours.

    Cons

The business was very self motivated, at the time I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do, so staying motivated wasn't to easy.

    Advice to Management

I am a hard worker more focused then ever before, I don't mind having a little pressure put on me.

    Pros

I have been at Aspire for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The training I received was extensive, detailed, and thorough... They made sure I understood every aspect of the day to day responsibilities and made me comfortable in my role. They offer full benefits medical, dental & eye. There is lots of room for growth and opportunity for the right individual. I feel confident that I will have a prosperous future at Aspire and I my co-workers are great to work with.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Aspire full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been in the Staffing industry for many years and feel that Aspire is an excellent environment in which to learn and grow. There are many talented individuals within the company that bring their experience and mentoring abilities to the team. I have had the privilege to work with very talented individuals who are constantly looking for ways to improve processes, mentor and train staff, and work as a team. The environment is conducive to giving individuals who work hard, and have a passion for Staffing, that ability to succeed. The compensation structure is above industry standards, and the ability to have work/life balance is refreshing and not typical in mid sized firms.

    Cons

I would like to see more technology based branding initiatives to promote the firm.

    "High employee turnover"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Fort Washington, PA

I worked at Aspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers were great to work with. Real team players and enjoyable. They cover each other's back.

    Cons

Company has high turnover of employees. 3 months and a new round of people start. Difficult for the organization to gain momentum. Recommend real training for staff if you plan to hire new people to the industry. Most were given a little training but had to figure it out on their own. Sink or swim environment

    Advice to Management

Hire more experienced staff. When hiring junior staff you will need to give them more time to ramp up and train them. Be more involved in selling the company and not just enjoying what employees do to make you money. Owner seems well connected but shares leads with only a few chosen employees.
